Unfriendly bordering on disrespect

The attitude and business way of doing things leaves much to be desired. Ryobi gave them go ahead to fix the lawnmower and they did a shoddy job. When I took the machine in because the belt was worn out (strange for a new machine), they had me buy the belt, seemingly a wrong one, told them, he said I should bring the machine he would help, when he was done he wanted me to pay for labor. Speak of ripping people off. He told me never to come to his shop again. That's after I refused to pay for labour. He couldn't explain why the belt couldn't fit so exchanged it.
