Bad business

This not only a complaint as a customer but as a investor of sorts. I invested R200 000 in the company also the guy made a R100 000 loan by me that my Lawyer and I have been fighting to get since more than a year now. As a customer I bought a car through him a Nissan Skyline GTR R34 v-spec over the second hand Japan market for a ***** in August 2019 that I haven't recieved even though he says it standing in Botswana and to a police officer here in Witbank said I should've already have recieved end January to date still nothing. Also I bought a bike fairing set for my sons Honda CBR 600 F through him in October 2018 and still also didn't receive and parts for a Golf front suspension also in October that he said got ****** and would reimburse me when the insurance paid out that he also didn't do. My lawyer and I are now fighting him for all this as I say for over a year and after 7 settlements that he agreed upon but didn't comply on is now suing him for all. So this is not only an unhappy cliënt complaint but a friendly warning. I've been suffering to survive because of him and being sick because of stress over all this. I did work but during covid and now with the alcohol ban and bars being closed I have no job again. I did apply at more jobs and are awaiting their answers if I have it or not but I still have rent to pay and food to buy and knowing I actually have money but a dishonest person is holding it back and making me suffer is really bad especially after I trusted him not only as a friend but like a brother
