Horrible customer service

I ordered my food from this restaurant in Centurion whilst I was in the office. The driver contacted me to let me know he had arrived. I sent a text back 3 minutes later and the restaurant tried contacting me however I couldn’t answer due to work and made my way to the vehicle within another 3 minutes from that only to find the restaurant cancelled my order and I had to wait for a refund to order again. I found this extremely unprofessional especially because I had communicated I was on my way to collect the order. The driver has had to leave with my food without me getting my refund until hours later. I did not appreciate this treatment at all. Extremely inconsiderate from the restaurant’s side honestly.
