ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR FROM MANAGER AT BAY HARBOUR MARK

My 60-year-old mum walked in to the food market with fish and chips purchased from outside the food court and was not stopped at the door or informed about the rules. Mum innocently sat down next to me and started to eat her meal, Patrick, the manager of the market, barrelled over to us, stood over my mum in front of our table full of people and berated her for bringing in food, commenting 'don't you know you're not supposed to bring in outside food, how many times must I tell you the same thing'. At this point all eyes were on us, what had begun as a pleasant evening turned in to an embarrassing experience. My issue is not with the protocol at Bay Harbour Market, every place has their rules and regulations, I respect that. My issue is the manner in which myself and my elderly mum were treated. The correct manner to approach us would have been to request to take me to the side and address the issue privately, instead I had a domineering man standing over us barking instructions. I addressed the issue with the owner of Bay Market, Mike ***) who provided me with no assurance that my complaint would be addressed , and only said that Patrick has a exceptional track record.
