Excellent service - Bay Eye Hospital
I needed to have cataract removal done from my right eye. Dr Chris Gouws and his staff assisted with tests and approval from my medical aid. Wow! Excellent, friendly service, beyond expectation from all of them. On the day of the operation, service from staff inside the hospital was absolutely fantastic. A welcoming atmosphere, from the moment I walked into the hospital, until I left after the op, treatment and assistance was better than any 5 star treatment one can expect. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed beyond believe. I cannot begin to describe my gratitude and appreciation for the experience I had at the hospital. I will certainly, without doubt recommend you to anyone who need any sight procedures to be done. Thank you very much Dr Gouws and staff at your practice and staff in the hospital! Much appreciated.
