Product purchased and not delivered. Will not refund.

On 19/12/2022 we requested that Bay Black (Pty) Ltd. deliver four cubes of ready-mix cement do to a construction site on 20/12/2022. We paid for upfront for the cement to value of R13.110.00

Bay Black (Pty) Ltd did not fulfil their duties we required on the above date mentioned.

After numerous phone calls and emails as to why delivery was not made,we were unsuccessful in getting a response.

This caused a financial implication on our company as we were not able to carry out our project.

We requested a refund and have sent all paperwork but still, we have had no luck with refund payment.

A final letter of demand was also issued. No calls, messages or emails have been responded to.

We researched the company prior to enquiring for their services. There is a legit website, the owner has a LinkedIn page and he answered his phone prior to receiving the funds.

We have reached a dead end. This is *****!
