Poor service

We just moved in and had a problem with our refridgerator. Bay appliances came out and said they could not repair it. They charged us R460 for doing nothing! They did not say there is a callout fee. They did not give any invoice or any receipt. It was a short distance (about 12 km for them to come out) , just to tell us they could not fix it, I think it is a ripoff
