Bawas is a bunch of *********** ***** who supply broken goods

I ordered furniture from them and the store man **** that he had dispatched it for me just to make the sale. I had paid immediately and had to live without furniture because I trusted him and gave away my old cupboards etc. After a long wait A month later I received the incorrect furniture, which I accepted anyway because I needed it. I received a broken chair they took it back, another month later I received the same broken chair, 3 months later they are still going to exchange it but nothing gets done. The guy at the warehouse Tariq said he will deliver a fixed chair, and never heard from him again. I am stuck with broken furniture that’s never been used! Terrible service and ********* behaviour. I supported this company for 14 years I even relocated and still contacted and purchased from them, but this is what Happens. I purchase and pay immediately and the company is now sitting with my money and I’m sitting with still wrapped up broken furniture! Disgusted at the experience, I used to have high regards for this company… but they’re a bunch of *******… I can say that because they have my hard earned money whilst I have a broken piece of furniture.
