Worst customer service

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable and unprofessional behavior I experienced at your Bawas Furniture branch, specifically from a staff member named Keethan.

During my recent visit, I was shocked and disappointed by the way Keethan interacted with me as customer. He was dismissive, rude, and spoke in a condescending manner. Rather than offering assistance or providing helpful service, he treated customers as though we were a nuisance.

Such behavior is not only disrespectful but completely out of line for someone representing your business.

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect values I believe your company claims to uphold. Keethan’s actions reflect poorly on your brand and can seriously damage customer trust and loyalty.

I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Customers deserve better, and I believe appropriate disciplinary action and staff training would go a long way in preventing future incidents like this.
