Unhappy

I’m realy unhappy with Bawas Durban branch my car was smashed by their driver by the name of Ayanda who admitted the mistake hence the car was smashed at the back we were then told to speak to Summaya who is their manager interms of fixing the car who told us to speak to our insurance to contact Old Mutual insurance which is theirs how ever we find out the van which smashed our car is not under insurance we have tried countless times to negotiate with them even involving Bawas head office we were told there’s nothing they can do because Durban branch is a franchise store again Summaya is not picking our calls please kindly assist
