Terrible service

Terrible service ,I placed an order on the 30 Jul 2025 , I was told on the 4th August my order is ready for collection , when I arrived at the store to collect half my order was ready and I'm now waiting 1 week for the balance of my order being told a today Tommorrow story.... if you can't deliver service to clients then please don't advertise .
