Terrible Customer Service

I want to give no stars. I had a terrible experience when I bought from their Pietermaritzburg store. Something so simple that should be made available in store, they made me drive to the warehouse for. Then at the warehouse it was a back and forth and the terrain was terrible to drive in. I thought after this to try and order online, even that was a fail since they can not deliver and trying to cancel is not an option. Tried all options of communication and receive no reply. Appalling customer service.
