Poor service for the online order

I have made order at BAWAS on the 20 May 2025 and I was told my order will be delivered within 14days for the bedroom combo however my order is still not delivered neither is there communication from any of you guys

I have sent email & chatted on there WhatsApp still no feedback from Bawas I very upset with the service I received online..

I would like to be refunded my money back or deliver my order
