Paid for Online Order – No Delivery, No Refund, No Help from Bawas Furniture

I placed and paid for an online order with Bawas Furniture on the 1st of June 2025. Today is the 30th of June, and I still have not received my delivery.

I have contacted them multiple times and even requested for the order to be cancelled and refunded, but I am not getting any assistance. Every time I call, I am told it will be sorted, but nothing is being done. I feel ignored and extremely frustrated.

This level of service is unacceptable. I have been patient for a whole month, and now I just want my money back.
