Misrepresentation – Samsung Freezer Noise Issue

I recently purchased a Samsung freezer based on the salesperson’s assurance that it operates quietly. When I inquired about potential noise, he specifically pointed to the demo unit on the floor, stating that it was running and confirming that the freezer operates without an audible noise.

However, the freezer I received is noticeably louder than any other freezer in my home. A Samsung technician has since inspected it and claimed that the noise level is “normal,” which contradicts the salesperson’s assurances.

I feel misled by this misrepresentation and would appreciate a resolution.
