Lay Bye dissapointment

I am really dissapointed in this store when it comes to lay bye there are the worst!!!! In october i went to bawas pinetwon to lay buy a chest of drawer the total amount was 2800 so at first i payed R600 and in november i payed R1000 so my mother went this week to collect the order for me with the remaing R1200 and she was told at the store that the price of the chest of drawer has gone up it is now 3200. So when i first came to the store i was not told that the item is on promotion or anything like that i was really dissapointed because i was given something i did not chose in the first place and a similar case happened with my mom same store with a dinning room set just with her she was told that the set with she lay buyed was now out of stock she needs to chose another one. GUYS PLEASS DO NOT TAKE A LAY BYE WITH THEM RATHER USE CASH OR LAY BUY WITH ANOTHER STORE
