I bought a microwave online on 23/06/2025 and received no communication for a full 2 weeks

I bought a microwave online on 23/06/2025 and received no communication for a full 2 weeks. I was calling and texting but no answer. Thy just don’t answer phones and WhatsApp. The microwave was for pickup. I eventually got an email on week 3 saying it was being dispatched. Then another email telling me it’s ready for pickup. I then received a call from their employee (at the pickup store)checking when I’ll come for pickup. Went there on d next day only to be told there’s no microwave without even checking. The guy just said he’s only providing pickup nothing more and he received no microwave with a bad attitude. I went home n went again the next day as i felt there was a mistake. Still bad attitude and that there’s no microwave. Till today no microwave. On the track app it appears fulfilled. I don’t know what to do as bawas is totally ignoring all my calls even head office.
