HOW BAWAS FURNITURE TREATS FEMALE CUSTOMERS

I bought a JVC 32" TV on the 21/03/2025 at 515 Bawas furnisher West Street Durban. I paid full amount on the TV, the last TV was on display and I was told it was still under warranty. The TV is now green on the screen but you can hear the volume. I went to the store today and told them that I need a new TV or another brand and add money if needed. They refused said it has to be booked for repairs, what needs to be repaired on a TV that was purchased on the 21/03/2025 and today it the 28th April? Who is now supposed to stay without a TV.
