Horrible Experience and no communication

Your service is pathetic honestly,i called in to track my order status and all you could say is you dont know where my order is i will get an email when it is about to get delivered,i wouldnt have wasted my time calling you guys to recieve such information,no assurance whatsover!And one of your colleagues dropped the call and told me he will call me later! This is the 3rd day chasing for my Defy Defreezer,i bought meat and expected the order to arrive today however there is no movement on the order and i am not getting any updates,the last update stated it would be delivered today!!Can you do something about this i need my fridge today!!!
