Have not received my item

I made a purchase to this store as a first time customer and to say am appalled is understatement. They don't communicate nor provide updates on your order, I have to follow up with them to get updates. today it's the 7th day and I have not received my item. Even that when i ask them when the item is going to be delivered they not answering their phones nor responding to my texts on their WhatsApp line, their communication skills as a business is horrible. I was planning on make more purchases with them and am not going to do that. I pray that the item is in good quality cause their customer service is horrible.
