DOUBLE BEDS POOR QUALITY

Purchased a double bed for a family member upon receiving it the bed and sitting or sleeping on it , we realised how cheap quality the bed actually was. The springs were visible by just running your hands over the mattress and when sleeping or sitting on the bed you would get poked with the springs. It was like the springs were covered with a thin piece of material. Cheap quality regardless of price. Then we had the driver and delivery boy dump another customers old sofas outside our premise and leave. When I contacted the company via WhatsApp the person didnt even get back to me about my complaint and just said they will takw immediate effect and 2 days later thw sofas are still lying outside our home we had cctv footage showing these guys dumping the sofa's and leaving but the company does nothing. I would never recommend Bawas to anyone. The level of professionalism and customer service is beyond poor if I could give a rating of zero stars I would . Be very wary when purchasing items are not what it seems and is very poor quality.
