DON'T ORDER HERE THEY ARE A ****

I ordered a headboard for a queen sized bed and received one that was not the size of a queen. When I queried I was promised a new headboard and I would only have to pay the balance for the replacement. Upon further enquiry I was then told I needed to pay for the collection of the incorrect email order as well as delivery of the new headboard a total of R700, just 200 short of the cost of the headboard I had initially bought. I then asked for a refund and was told that I needed to again pay for the collection of the incorrect order before I can get my refund.
