Disappointing Experience with Bawas Furniture Shop Manager, Durban West Street

I visited Bawas Furniture Shop on West Street, Durban, yesterday to purchase a TV. To my surprise, they didn't test the TV before selling it to me. When I discovered it wasn't working at home and returned it to the store, the manager displayed a rude attitude, stating she doesn't care about customer service.
