Disappointed customer!

Bawas furniture in Pietermaritz Street - the Indian cashier as well as the female manager have no way of talking to customers, they do not treat customers with respect, nor do they even speak to their staff properly in front of customers, they need proper management training in order to be in this kind of position as well as industry. They need to know that the customer is always right. Today they advertised a kitchen scheme for R300, I was there to purchase it, they took the money but did not process it and only found out from higher management that their price was incorrect! When I told the manager that isn't my problem, I want the kitchen scheme for the price it was advertised, she sarcastically said to me that I can wait in the shop the whole day but she cannot sell it to me. She had already sold one to an old innocent lady just before me, yet she was willing to let that lady go and not sell it to me, so I stood my ground, she eventually gave that lady a refund after granting her with an invoice and the lady also brought her Transport. The manager says to the lady oh well you didn't pay the transport yet, so all you can do is say you don't need the transport anymore. Little did she realise, it was not the customers error and it was her error so why did she make the customer do the work she supposed to, Bawas Pietermaritz Street management need to know how to treat customers! As for the cashier, she is very rude, surely she doesn't know about customer service because 2 times when I went to the store to purchase she spoke to me as if I was a child. Heyy they really do not know about customer service, try to be nice, but I guess if you cannot treat your staff with respect in front of the customers, you will surely not be nice!!
