Damaged Restonic King size mattress

I bought a king-size bed in November 2024, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the mattress. Within a few months, the spring wires started popping out from the sides, making it unusable. The base is in perfect condition, so the issue is clearly with the mattress itself.

I visited the shop last month to complain, and the owner asked me to take pictures of the damage and send them via WhatsApp. I did so immediately, but since then, I have followed up twice and received no response. This lack of customer service is unacceptable.

I expect a product of this price to last much longer than a few months, and I’m very dissatisfied with the quality and service. I am requesting a new mattress as a replacement for the defective one.

I hope this review prompts the shop to take action and resolve this issue promptly.
