Bawas Stores disgusting customer treatment

I Shivanie Batchulall had the worst experience with Bawas Furnishers Pmb Victoria road, In October 15th 2025 i purchased Nonowys Atlas corner Sofa for R17000 i paid cash, in February 2025 i noticed a couple of the couches started to get torn and the the recliner broke, i called and asked for repairs, the couches were picked up was told within 3 weeks it would be repaired and returned, also noticed they were doing repairs from other customers who that purchased the same couches from Bawas, thats when i realized that these couches are of inferior quality, when my couches were returned it was after 6 weeks, long and was given another customers couches not mines, my origininal receipt they requested initially they lost it, then told them im not happy with these couches i would prefer exchanging it for another lounge suite for the same price, i was told they cant they can only repair it, i have paid R17000 which is alot of money and i am not happy with this lounge, as a customer i have a right to have the lounge suite changed there customer service is disgusting you have to call so many times to get help they lost my original reciept i had to phone numerous times to get a response from them
