Bawas refuse to come and take their second hand TV stand

I bought a TV stand 3 weeks back and they delivered it was damaged I took a picture and send it to them. They promised to give me a new one. Few days later they told me it is out of stock and they told me to wait. Then last week Monday on the 28th of October I went to the shop I told them I will take something else they said they are going to come on Tuesday 29th of October to take this TV stand. Till today the 5th of November they haven't come and they don't even tell me what is happening I'm so angry. I didn't buy the reject please help me
