Bawas not being true to there customers

Bought a metallic fridge online great experience until the fridge was delivered and when removing the packaging I find the fridge is white which costs less then the metallic, I reach out and they promised to sort it out by picking up and replacing which is fine but I also give them the option to refund the difference in price which would be less cost for them but from march till today December 2023 they chose to blue tick me. I'm disappointed by this and the difference is only R200 but for a business to do such makes me think maybe it was not a mistake but just a way to force products off to there customers. Sad
