BAWAS FURNITURES PINETOWN A ****TY AND SHADDY BUSINESS

Bawas Pinetown near engen garage is a very shady business and unprofessional. I bought a fridge on the 27th April 2024. Their warehouse was closed that day so they gave me the one on display and wrapped it with a cling wrap. Ith was delivered and stored it to my new place which I hadnt moved to. I moved in last weekend and when I unwrapped the fridge and tried to plug it in it was not working. The light doesnt even come on. I called the electrician to chwck on the socket and he found no fault and put his tester at the back of the fridge and found that there was no current running in the fridge. The fridge was faulty. I advised Bawas furnitures of this they said they can only log a complaint for me on Defy and will get an agent to call me. Now this is between me and Defy. Its been more than 72hours without a fridge. My grocries and lunch things are spoilt. They say I must take this up with Defy, its ironic because I bought the fridge from them and not from Defy.
