Bawas Furnishers delivering a pedestal without handles and later delivering plastic ones which are not as advertised

I bought Luno pedestal in February 2024 which they delivered without handles and I informed them and they delivered handles which are not the ones on their website pictures, the ones that they delivered were plastic and couldn’t fit on the wholes on the pedestal. I immediately informed them and they promised to pick them up for exchange and I’ve been sending them texts and calling them to ask when are they collecting the handles for exchange they promise to pick up the handles and follow up on why they have not been collected by the courier service but they never get back to me or collect the handles and it’s been over 3 months waiting for them to pick up the plastic handles they’ve sent me and send the correct ones. I can’t even open the pedestal drawers as they don’t have handles. Even today I sent them a whatsapp text but they just ignored my texts
