Bawas Furnishers

I ordered a side table in February 2024and it was delivered without handles for drawers, I notified them and they delivered plastic handles which were different from the one displayed on the website and they couldn’t even fit on the wholes of the handles. Again, I notified them and they have been promising to puck up the handles for exchange and it’s been over 3 months now they have not picked them up for exchange, they are always telling me that they will follow up with the courier company. The side table is just sitting and not being used because I can’t open the drawers without handles.
