Bawas Furnisher delivering side table without handles

I bought a side table in Feb 2024 which was delivered without drawer handles and later handles which could fit on the holes drilled. It took them 4 months to collect the handles for exchange. Same handles were delivered again, the only thing that was changed was the *****s, which were still the same but the colour was different. I notified them that the handles which were exchanged are still the same and still don’t fit and they requested me to send pictures for demonstration of which I did send. It’s been over 3 weeks now, they have not responded back to me.
