Bad service

A very bad experience I made an online purchase 4 items for my baby sister in Cape Town 2 days later after placing an order I get a call no remorse, no explanation just a "We will not be processing your order but more than happy to refund you" is this some kind of a sick joke I would have understood if they were not able to process 1 item but all??? Bed, Cupboard, kettle, mini oven stove? All of them really Bawas? I am never buying nor recommended ing them to anyone.
