Bad customer service

1. Bought fridges for my work place, payment upfront, took two weeks to get the items 1. Their fridges had scratches all over, and the other one had dimples like an old fridge. When we were settling for less and taking those fridges with scraches, we were told that since they are giving us discount, the fridges wont be covered under warranty, but the discount was for the scratches. 3. For a refund they gave us a list of documents that need to submitted, but when I was buying no documents were asked. They did not even give us proper invoice

Will never refer or buy anything from this shop or supplier
