Bad customer service.

I'm fed up with them, I made an online order and after that they went quiet!!! Why would they keep on taking orders if they have huge backlogs? That alone shows they don't care about their customers. Today is the 9th day with a way forward and looks like the I won't be getting my order anytime soon
