Bad Communication and service

I made an online order two weeks got a massage saying my order was on my way, till today I haven’t received it. I have sent emails, WhatsApp even phone calls no one is responding to me. There communication is ver bad. When I finally managed to get hold of someone on WhatsApp, they asked for my order number and I gave it. Only for them to tell me to call the same number I was chatting with and it was never picked up.
