Misinformation upon sale, Faliure to deliver

When deciding whether to buy a Toyota Quantum or BAW vehicle, I was specifically advised by BAW that parts would readily be available as BAW has a factory in Johannesburg. Therefore, obtaining parts would not be a major delay. After purchasing a BAW minibus, I have had to have various things changed on a brand new vehicle such as the radio (twice! With a waiting period that span over about 2 months)
