Unhappy customer

Bought my car in 2 years back I wasi was quoted about R27k then adviced that I have to pay a 50% deposit on the car I did within 2 days i paid R15k called back to confirm that the payment was received and they said yes , I have never had from the workshop ever again I have been calling every month for feedback on the car at first was told that they are awaiting parts from overseas that's why its taking so long kept calling wanting to know if the car is being fixed and every time overseas was the excuse I was then referred to the guy by the name of Kevin still the same happened to this day I haven't received any news about the car I even don't know if the car still exists but I will be making my way to the workshop . the service from thus workshop is unpalatable. Can I be assisted please
