If you are ever faced with a problem with your BMW I urge you to stay away from this service centre in Wynberg. They lack expertise and will never keep to their promises. The guy, Leon, who claims to be the expert is condescending, patronizing, a **** and has no experience in managing customers. I Googled the reviews before sending my car for a mis-fire and saw all the other poor reviews, but did not take heed. What the other poor reviews say about these guys, is absolutely true. They lack the skills and will damage your vehicle to the point where you will end up spending a fortune on it. My car went in for a mis-fire in one cylinder and had to be towed away because they blew the computer box. They even offered to repair the now blown box for free but needed a week to do that. This was then outsourced to 'experts' to fix. A week later, my car is being towed away from these useless guys to a reputable BMW workshop. The experts couldn't start the car and now the ECU is completely blown and needs to be replaced. I asked for the owners details and have not received this as yet so resorted to posting this with the hope that others will be warned.

If you ever find yourself requiring help with your BMW, heed the warnings. Read the poor reviews on the net about these guys. They're true. They should not be allowed to con customers as they honestly do not know what they're doing and they will damage your vehicle. Please thread carefully with these guys or you will regret it.
