One of the worst BMW workshops, ******!

These guys are ****** and unprofessional, I overhauled my engine with them. When I collected the vehicle the engine was still not 100% healthy and it was still consuming oil as it was before I took it in. I took it back but instead of fixing it they gave unreasonable stories. After 3 months I decided to take the vehicle to another workshop so that they can strip the engine and after stripping it we discovered that majority of the parts i.e vanos gears were used parts whereas I was charged for new OEM parts. Besides being ****** they are very unprofessional, you have to dig them to get updates and when you try and advise what might be wrong with the car they don't listen only to find that some of their diagnosis were incorrect.

My advise is that when they charge you for new "OEM" parts ask to see the parts before they fit them or better yet stay away from those ******.
