Disgusting customer service, wait weeks for replies to follow ups

I have never experienced more shocking customer service in my life!!!! They are so quick to get you the info and payment details when you request info, but try and get hold of them and wait 7 weeks for a reply... then still wait and wonder if you ever will receive your package... if you going to try and run a business where you order bulk cheap goods from China, best you hire more people to help you out! Honestly this is where I believe support local, buy locally made even if it costs more!!! Absolutely shocking!!!
