Claim to repair my motor bike

My bike was taken to Baumans, Vereniging in January 2017 after my accident in 18 December 2016. The claim was approved by my brokers, “Vaal Makelaars”. I had to pay an excess of R14 500 before Baumens wanted to commence fixing my Bike, Suzuki GSXR 1000. I had to borrow this amount and was paid in full to them in January 2017. Still they had ample excuses not to start repairing my bike. They only started work on my bike in June 2017. In the mean time I received my bike and yet not everything was fixed. They claimed that they are still waiting for some parts. IE headlight, foot pegs, mirrors and brake booster fitted was totally wrong. They quoted on a new sub frame, but it was only welded and repaired. In the meantime I also discovered that the bikes battery is also faulty, most probably damaged during storage at Baumans. Currently I don’t have the confidence to take my bike bake to Baumans and I get no support from the Insurance Company. Please help
