Bauer pan

I bought 2 of your new pans. The pan itself is very nice to cook in but the handles are terrible. After a while it become loose (tried to tighten the *****, but not able to) and when you lift the pan from the stove, the pan tilt, the contents either land on the stove or your feet and floor. I have photos and a video clip as proof. I think it is ridiculous to pay a huge price for poor craftsmanship. One would expect better quality from a company such as Bauer.
