Bauer, Bauer where art thou Bauer????

I purchased a bauer lid - it fits any side pan or pot. To my dismiss after the 2nd use of the lid I removed it off the pan & place the lid into the wash basin & it shattered into a million piece... This particular lid has been advertised to death on tv, & the radio. I relented after sometime (my delay was the price R179-00), for that price of a lid it was pretty steep!... I've not been able to contact anybody from Bauer, their contact # of the website isn't the correct one..... Help, how do I get hold of them to assist me?... Disappointed & extremely frustrated!!!!
