Worst place

Very rude helpdesk at night, extremely cold No aircon, that heating thing on the wall doesn’t work. Electric blanket was a single so it was only one side of the bed. There was no hot water in the both mornings, i had to be snuck into another guests room who had stepped out to take a quick shower..oh and the TV also didn’t work. The shower literally came off the wall😲. Very very dismal.
