I bought a AGM battery for my Audi, in less than a year I started getting an error message regarding the battery on my car, so I called them and they asked to bring the car so I took it in they tested the battery and I was told the battery was faulty so they will replace it, I went and collected the battery on the 24th of December 2025, I. January I started getting the same warning message about low battery, so when I called them I was told the battery that they gave me was still new they might be something faulty on my car, at this point the radio would not play, light inside the car would not light that’s how bad it was, so I booked my car at Audi so they can check if there is anything faulty, after they have checked that car the problem was the battery, so I went back to they they took the battery for further testing and gave me a back up battery, I have been using the backup battery to this date no issues so far, now they want the battery and they say I have to buy a new battery cause the warranty has expired, but the battery had issues before the warranty have expired. Cause they battery is faulty now I must be held accountable for not selling good quality that last longer. Cause then their batteries are not good quality and they don’t want to take accountability and also had to pay money to my dealership after they claim my car could be faulty. Any person owning an Audi would tell you it does not come cheap
