Excellent after sale service from Battery Tec

We bought our product but experienced some technical issues. Paul was extremely understandable, send his technicians, the problem could not be identified and Paul came himself and provide us with “loan” unit while they tried to identified the problem. At end of this exercise we were supp**** with a NEW unit with no extra cost. This is what I can describe as excellent service. Want to thank Paul and all staff that was there when we need there after sale service!!
