DAMAGED BOAT

I bought this boat from Clinton Barclay from Battery-Tec Reconditioning and Solar Solutions in Shelly Beach .H told me the boat was in a good condition but to my surprise the following was found later: 1trailer bearings damaged, one dust cap missing and split pin broken,2. spare wheel does not belong to trailer and damaged.3. transom completely rotten.4. several hull leaks on top.5. a big hole on the bottom hull that has been covered up with thin layer of fibreglass and gellcoat.6. steering cable damaged.7. one engine dying when warm.8. one gearbox damaged and lot of fillings and water.9. lock washer damaged on propelor washer. I did take this up with Clinton but he is not prepared to make good on his claim. He says he did not know about these problems .He had this boat in his possession for about a year and it has been serviced by North Coast Marine,thus it is very hard to believe .I feel I have been ****med and wish to warn everyone to be careful when dealing with him
