Boat ****age

I bought a boat in december 2021 from Clinton Barclay at Battery-Tec Reconditioning Solar Systems in Shelly beach and found a lot of structial and mechanical problems after he told me it is in a good condition.i did take it op with him but he does not want to rectify the problem
