Battery Pro/ Maxim batteries

I bought a battery for my car in Middelburg Mpumalanga in March 2017. I have since moved to George, Western Cape. I do experience regular run down (flat) battery for the last month. As per your website, the nearest branch of Battery Pro to me is Strand (Cape Town)(400 km). After consulting with the branch in Middelburg, he informed me to go to my nearest branch. After explaining to him about my problem, he rep**** that he can do nothing to assist me and that each branch runs it's own franchise. It is very disappointing to know that there is nobody in the George/Mosselbay area that can stand in for MAXIM batteries. It gets easily sold by Battery Pro but NO after sale service. To my opinion MAXIM battery company must review there agents in South Africa, to ensure country wide service.
